Lodges on Vashon

We just rented out "The Cottage" at Lodges on Vashon for a company day retreat. We had a fabulous time and the property is lovely. I do recommend this property for retreats with a couple of small caveats: 1) The cottage was outfitted with a ton of excellent amenities, especially for work related manners. However, the the output quality of the projector they provided wasn't great, and even worse was that it was too bright in the room so hopefully those can be little adjustments for them? 2) The service was excellent. My only complaint is that there wasn't any clarity at all on how to directly get a hold of someone if we needed it. Once I asked, then we were shown where their office was. With that being said, their communications with me were excellent. We set up this retreat and its details over a span of a few months, and they were consistently helpful and responsive. We even ordered catering and voiced our need for gluten free menu items, and they delivered beautifully and the food was great. the service day of was also incredible. KRISS was AMAZING. She helped cater to our group beautifully, was super friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated all of her help. also thank you to Christine, I believe? For also helping set us up, and for making sure our food etc. was all taken care of. All in all i highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at the Lodges! It was our first time on Vashon and the location couldn't have been more perfect. We brought our pup and it was the perfect place in every way for our family of 3. The grounds are larger and more beautiful than pictured, and there were lawn games set out like cornhole and ladder toss for us to enjoy while we had our nightly sunset happy hour. The staff we encountered were lovely and attentive (we called to get more pillows and they were delivered promptly!). I couldn't recommend this place more, especially if you're looking for a little more space and a great location. It felt like our own little home for the long weekend.

Loved this place! Check in was easy. The lodge was so clean and modern. The grounds were pretty and unique. The little extra touches for our dog were so cute and appreciated. It was just a very comfortable and cool place to stay. Short walking distance to all sorts of fun stuff to do and see. Want to plan a trip back just to stay here again.

Beautiful little place near main part of town, walkable to bars/restaurants etc. Very comfy bed & nicely laid-out rooms & amenities. Loved the fireplace for the cold nights - communicative staff, I think my only complaint would be no front office you could easily get to to talk to a human on the premises, but I think that is probably because of Covid & understandable. All in all, a great place to rest your head while exploring Vashon!
